The client service is bad, I went through 3 different people working on my claim (i had to explain everything to all 3 people and resubmit my paperwork over again which was extremely annoying) and the very first time I spoke to the lawyer he had a really bad attitude and when I told him I will work with another lawyer he was nonchalant and pompous as if he did not care.
