"Dave is a nice guy and is currently my Lawyer. As a Lawyer, he has shown incredible levels of incompetence and laziness throughout my case. I spoke with collegues of his (that onboarded me) who have just left his firm for these exact reasons listed above. This is not the first review that Dave has received like this. You can try to counter what I am saying but everything is fact and I have written proof and conversations about these errors. I will be filling with the State Bar and requesting a full refund so I can work with a more urgent and competent lawyer to help save my case."
