"My 4 year old son picked up a stick while I was on the other side of the store helping my 6 year old buy skates. The manager yelled at my son, made him cry then ran and hid in the back. When I confronted the manager he said he didn’t want the floor to be scratched. I will not tolerate such monstrous behavior and will not be back. If you need to talk to my son please confront me do not take matters into your own hands. You guys need to conduct background checks before you hire these guys that could snap on a 4 year old."

The shop has so many products available I was a little intimidated, but I asked manager Matt for guidance and he was extremely helpful - even on a very busy Saturday afternoon!
