"Unprofessional, Rude, and Greenhorn For my divorce case, I had to deal with Ms. Izsak for 6 months because she was representing my x-husband whom I was married to for almost 11 years. I have no kids, I was not asking for anything of his asset which is about 1/2 million dollars. I DO NOT recommend this lawyer for the following reasons: 1- she is very slow in delivering the legal work that agreed on about 3-4 weeks late always. However, she is very quick in responding to emails and calls. 2- My x-husband legally did not have to respond to my request of " related case in LA", however, he consulted Ms. Izsak and she responded in order to make money out of him ( which was good for me as his opponent). 3- her attitude is Rude, provide cheap and obvious lies to gain more time. Had I NOT BEEN determined from the beginning not to take my x-husband on trial (Just I want to do minor stipulated agreement), Ms. Izsak 's behavior, attitude, and meanness WOULD Push me to do a trial. Then her attitude, delaying in submitting work and lies pushed me finally to prepare a legal draft form and emailed her that I am going to take the case to court. ( she was happy with that because she will make money out of her client / my x-husband. It is a win-win case for me as I do not have any considerable money in the bank nor I was working, in addition, my x had done so much wrongdoing and fraud, so it was easy for me to win had I want to take the case to court. Her client position is REALLY WEAK, AND STILL, she wants to bully, treat me, and not to deliver the work. So if it went to trial I will make money out of him. My x-husband had to cooperate with my request of getting her to deliver the MSA which was still not incorporating a couple of things that we have agreed on. I have been divorced 10 days ago. I GET EXACTLY what I want. However, she makes it take longer about 10 months. 4- she also tried bullying me when she first called me over the phone. In writing she creates stories that we did not agree on. i.e she put words in my mouth. Definitely, in writing she does not show the bullying part, however, when she was bullying me on the phone, she was on speaker and I had witnesses who heard her and if needed. I would sue her. 5- She kept harassing me and threating that she will put restraining order, because when I tried to call me x-husband (phone call ) to make her deliver the legal work that we agreed on. I called because she was late on delivering work for about month, she was not responding by email or phone. Definitely, my X will not want to do a Restraining Order, because Had he done not I will fight then and ask for spousal support and $. In Summary, she does not care about the client. She wants to push to do her way only regardless of her client interest. My advice to you, Do Not hire her, she is not good and only after her own interest. Do Not be attracted to her low hourly rate. She will mess up your case."
