"With the 2024 season around the corner, I'm just here to express my disappointment with Frankie's service. To start, last May, I was replacing the bearings and races on my trailer. I even brought the hub in. When I got home all the parts were the wrong size. Later in the season I was having an intermittent starting issue and brought it to Frankie's. I received a call that my touch pad would not stop my motor, and that I would have to pay to have a key put in. Not sure where the math was adding up there. Dealership breaks a $1500 dollar part, and I have to pay for it? After settling and getting a key installed, I took my boat out for some late season walleye. As it was getting dark out I got the icing on the cake. I turned on my nav lights and found that my dash lights don't work. I'm afraid to ask Frankie's, because it will likely be my fault just like the touch pad."

"always go here for bait. You can get some pretty good deals depending on when you go. They always have bait and a good selection at that! great bait shop, the have lots of tackle and sell boats as well!!"

"I decided this spring that it was time to update my fishing boat... I love to fish and I wanted to fish bigger water in the years ahead so I figured I would start the search for the newest member of our fishing family. I went to the Minneapolis Boat Show to compare boats and boat dealers and because of the reputation of Ranger Boats and because Todd from Frankie's Marine was so friendly and excited to talk about fishing and share various innovations on the product, I decided that Ranger was the boat for us! Frankie's Marine in Chisago Lakes has been a family owned entity as long as I can remember. I grew up in the area and figured if I was going to be buying a Ranger, that I would definitely be buying from them. We ordered our Ranger 621FS and proceeded to visit the showroom once or twice a week to size up all the accessories we anticipated putting on after delivery. When the boat arrived we had an issue with the wrong fabric on our seats... Todd jumped in and got it taken care of for us, and in less than 10 days Ranger had delivered us brand new seats and they were installed at the shop. We had a few other minor tweaks needed and the service center got us in and out in less than 48 hours. It's strange for me to think that the largest Ranger Boat dealer in the country is the one in the little town I grew up in, but after being an actual customer, I can see why they sell as many boats as they do. A big thanks to the whole team that helped us get into our new dream boat... now I just have to figure out how to actually catch as many fish as this boat makes me "look" like I can! :D."
