I was recently laid off off from my job and I had to search for insurance coverage. Rebecca is very knowledgeable, detailed and patient explaining all my options and directions that best fit my situation. Given that i have options, and she won't be paid on any extra work or advise, she did it anyways out of kindness. She looks out for what's best for her customers over trying to get the extra penny.
