"The girl working the drive through today in Atascadero was so rude not only to me but I heard her being horrible to at least three other customers in the drive through! She also made a very invasive personal comment to me that had nothing to do with banking the whole situation was just appalling!"

"We waited close to 30 mins trying to open up an account, ended up leaving. This wasn’t the first time giving up on waiting. A man, named Alex, on the phone clearly knew we were waiting, but didn’t take time in telling us it would take time. He could’ve just said “sorry this may take time” instead of saying nothing. I understand there is only banker who can help with account, however, I don’t think it’s right to treat your long time customers like this. If he could’ve communicated with us, I wouldn’t have left a negative review. Customer service is disappointing. We will try a different location to get treated better."

"I have never left a comment on any website or any social media platform. Ever. However I had to post about my experience. After using the atm located at the atascadero branch I accidentally left my card in the machine. When I called to ask about picking my card back up i was asked of my card was issued by pacific premier bank. I bank at bank of America. So I was told that I cannot havey card back because it is not a pacific premier bank card. Apparently the machine discards any other type of card. So this bank will charge you a fee, granted a small fee, to use their machine and get money, however they have no way of getting me my card back now. So now I have to pay 18 dollars and wait for a new card to come In the mail. Just seems like a petty thing to do. Technology is so advanced today. No reason that any card should be discarded for not being pacific premier. If the machine can give me back a pacific premier bank card it should be able to do it with any card. Frustrated as all hell."

"The people in the atascadero branch are awesome. Really helpful, always remember your name, and genuinely seem like they care. Package premier bank however is not all that great. Limited mobile app that is impossible to get working without corporate intervention, can't deposit checks or do anything other than view your balance and transactions."

"PPB is friendly, helpful and fair. They take time with a smile to assist every customer. I never feel like I am imposing when I ask questions regarding my account. The only negative is that there are not many branches. We have to get our banking done before we leave home because there arw no branches on our way to Arizona."
