"Beware. Even though he isn’t legally permitted to also be the trust attorney since he is the one that created the trust, he will do so illegally when the opportunity arises. He will also control your trustee and dictate everything. He oversteps his boundaries, is self serving and unethical. He will write himself, and his family members in all over your trust, micromanage the beneficiaries, cause them unnecessary grief, and find any excuse not to distribute money and the fulfill the intent of the trustor. Stay far far away from this man if you have a disabled beneficiary. The only way is his way, and will spend the trust money keeping guard over the money like it’s his own. I’ll let your figure out why that might be. Super manipulative, controlling, narcissistic, and emotionally abusive. He should be disbarred."

Take one look at his amateurish correspondence with typos and white out and you should be able to determine how lacking he is. He will be a disaster for your grieving beneficiaries."
