"Very bad communication. I don't know if it's the lawyer's reflection, but their representative Reyes promises a lot when it comes to hiring them, but they don't keep their word. I had an accident in April 2022, and on the date (September 2023) I do not know how much I will be reimbursed for the damages incurred, even though their office has already received the check from the other insurance company. Don't waste your time and hire a group of more capable lawyers. This experience has been stressful for me."
