About the Business
Elevate Student Living is a modern student housing institution located at 2540 University Avenue in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a real estate agency, our goal is to provide students with a safe and welcoming environment where they can flourish in their education and community.
Our fully furnished apartments are designed to give you a sense of openness and freedom, allowing you to create a space that reflects your personality and values. Located just minutes away from downtown Green Bay, UWGB, Bellin College, and NWTC, our apartments come with all the necessary amenities including water, sewer, garbage pick-up, internet, cable, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Each student bedroom lease is individually leased and includes a twin XL bed/mattress, 5 drawer dresser, desk, and desk chair. Additional seating, a couch, 3 tables, a TV, barrel chair, and dining room table are also provided in the common areas. Limited garages are available for an additional monthly fee.

"I am absolutely spoiled with the student housing apartment here! As a freshman in college, straight out of high school, you will not find any dorms with modern features, amenities included, or fully furnished. I wake up each morning with beautiful wildlife in the backyard! It wasn’t stressful moving at all knowing that it was fully furnished. I was matched with amazing roommates thanks to their personality roommate questionnaire. The maintenance man is quick when it comes to needing a fix with a broken drawer on a dresser, button on a washing machine, etc. Not having to pay extra bills for water, heat, cable, Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. is a major bonus! Even better, it comes with a garage! I don’t know many first year college students that live in luxury like this!"
"The apartments are well kept and very modern. Great place to live, especially if you are a student at UWGB. The landlord Nicole is amazing and maintenance man Brian is the best. Nothing but a great experience."
"Very nice facility, besides the washer and drier never worked. The management was great, when I had Kenny as a landlord. He left and Melanie took over and she was awful to work with, this is one of the reason I left. The communication was poor, and if you wanted anything done you had to do so yourself. For example, we asked for weeks to have a dressers and crib removed from our apartment and we ended up carry the dresser to storage ourself.. and putting it away. She shut down everyones new years party that was going on after 12. She then forced people of age to dump the alcohol out. She is never in office so it's very hard to get your mail. We were also never given our furniture even tho it states "fully furnished" at the end asked for some furniture and we were given a couch full of cat snot and was completely ripped and was GROSS, to say the least. Randomly we were told could no longer park in front the doors, with no notice. We were also told if there was no parking spots, park at the dollar tree and walk."
"Management (Kenny and Jessica) are very timely with anything you need help with! Apartments are very clean and updated. Driveway is a little rough at the current moment, but that will be fixed this spring/summer. I would definitely recommend these apartments to UWGB students who are looking for cheap prices, individual leases, modern living, and it’s only 5 minutes away from UWGB!!"
