"You can leave the place cleaner than you got it, be a respectable tenant. You still won’t get your deposit back. Moved in with broken blinds, hole in the door of the main bedroom, bathroom door chipping, carpets were so nasty they turned the bottom of my feet black, had to shampoo them at least three times. Rips in the carpet. Tiles on the kitchen floor coming apart. I finally had enough when they wouldn’t come check out the mold in the bathroom or the mold on the dining room walls. Parking is absolutely terrible. One parking spot in the garage, no where for guests to park - was told if anyone visits or stays, let alone if someone in the home got a car, it would have to be parked at pick n save. Which is about three blocks away. Save your money and time"

"Worst apartments ever! Somehow a mouse got into the unit, gross. No parking and everyone gets ticketed. worst management ever. id rather live in a box. Save your money."
