"If there was a 0 rating I would. This place is a joke. When you meet Kate she will seem like the nicest person and once you move in be prepared to be harassed and have a text to your phone constantly about stupid things. Brad.. good luck having anything repaired. If you want it done do it yourself. Our apartment wasn’t done when we moved in and we had to clean it first because the cleaning lady didn’t. We had a Karen for a neighbor next to us and had to call the police several times and was told the first time that if they needed to be called the Karen would be evicted. She is still there today! I never met someone so miserable that they need to harass others. Don’t rent a garage unless you are just parking your car because you’ll get a breach in lease if you have anything else in there to store. We moved out and will never recommend this place to anyone! Housing market sucks right now but I’d rather be homeless! This place is a joke!!! If you want to constantly be harassed go ahead and move in. If you plan to have visitors and they park in visitor parking plan to have her calling the city to get them a fine. Funny thing is they are onto her also. The property is in probate because the owner past away. What really needs to happen is the management needs to change immediately. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"

"If you’re looking for a place to rent look ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! Management SUCKS have no compassion for their tenants and ARE HORRIBLE at getting things fixed on a timely manner! Id give this place NEGATIVE stars if I could!!!!! Someone needs to FIRE that property manager she’s so UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!"

"Management takes months to response to a ticket. I've had so many ticket requests put in and its been 1 month, no response. Lots of mold, strict Management, yet no service to its tenants. The rent just increased by $100. I am already to bail out. I am sure there is better places. The landlord and its employees think they govern this place. I wish there was a higher person, I could speak too, but I am guessing they know what's going on but are part of the same mob."

"Horrible Management and untimely repair of serious situations. Apartment flooded and was threatened by the management to clean it up. Three months of moldy carpet and exposed floor boards, mold in the bathroom, paint peeling on the walls, WIFI not working, broken sinks, leaking toilets', non working locks, and no response or even visit from maintenance after numerous requests. Apartment became inhabitable and not up to code. Do not move here or even apply worst renting experience I have ever had."

"I lived here four years from May 2015-2019. In that time I only had one maintenance request, which was fixed almost immediately. I never had any issues with my neighbors, most of which were college students or others who lived there for at least a couple years. I never felt unsafe in the area, and loved living walking distance to Baird’s Creek. My apartment had so much storage (which was great!...until I moved and realized how much stuff I was hanging onto to just because I had space for it, lol). For the size of the apartments and everything included (water, heat, internet, cable) the rent was extremely reasonable. Kate (the landlord) is great! She expects residents to follow property guidelines, and holds residents accountable. The only reason I left was because I moved to a new city, otherwise I most likely would have stayed a lot longer."
