"Update: I will not remove my truthful review of KOS management despite its attempt to discredit me and question my character in its reply. I don't want others to experience what I did. If a business does great work, I am very complimentary at the point of purchase to not only staff, but managers. Original Review: If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not rent from these crooks. I have rented for many years in several different cities and 3 years with KOS, where I rented for three years (purely chose then so I could keep my dog.) I have NEVER had SO MUCH of my security deposit taken for NO REASON. In fact, KOS took more from my security deposit than was taken by ALL other rental units I've rented in the last decade....yes, 10 years. Absurd! They will make up things to take out of your deposit. Also, if you rent here, expect rude messages from the office staff complaining about things constantly. Sometimes several per day. Blowing up your phone. The heat went out frequently. When I moved in, the carpet was DISGUSTING and I have no doubt they cleaned it poorly and shoved another tenant in it. All they care about his money. Rent from someone who is decent."

"I have been living here for three years and I absolutely love it. Christina, the property manager for my building is super friendly and answers all of my questions whenever I have them. She was nice enough to let me know that my puppy who has very bad separation anxiety had been barking while I was gone to work. They are always willing to work with their tenants and are super understanding. I would highly recommend the KOS apartments to anyone looking for a nice, clean, well kept place to call home. I don't plan to leave anytime soon. Would give Christina 10 stars if I could, she's simply the best. Trent the maintenance guy is also super nice and fast to respond to any maintenance requests I have. He is always down to chat when he sees tenants outside, and loves to bark back at my puppy. The best maintenance guy I've ever had when renting an apartment."
