"My experience here was CRAZY. There was so many things told to me in the beginning when signing papers that were then false. For example- in the beginning I was told that my 1st state exam will be paid for by them, but when I asked them when I was finished they giggled & said no. They also failed to tell me that if you take longer to complete your hours then the date they calculate you to finish, you will be charged every hour extra that you need, so if you absent, those hours that you missed that day will be charge extra because you will need an extra day to complete them then your expected “graduation” date. They also charge for a “beginning kit” that you “need”. You will NEVER use that kit, it is filled with random expired liquids” when I confronted them about it they simply ignored me. They also said that I would be taught the basics of lashing ….. I was taught about strip lashes which is NOT what I asked & was told in the beginning. There was a lot of drama when I was there (idk about now) because you are told something in the beginning when signing papers, but they all turn out to be false information. A lot of people in every class complained to the office daily. My teacher had to search up information about stuff I would ask her? Umm excuse me?? Didn’t seem ok since she’s supposed to be knowledged & my questions were basic (like how often something should be used for) there is also a lot of homeless people so it didn’t seem safe. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it is cheap & they teach you the same thing (everything in the book) in every school. Its expensive in other places because of the luxary of others school. You get what you pay for keep that in mind if you decide to come here. My teacher was nice it was the people in the office that simply don’t explain things clearly & twist some words. I passed my exam on my 1st try. They also have guest speakers from brands daily so it’s not very bad, it’s simply not run well. I would recommend this place because it’s cheap & you learn the same thing in every school, it’s all from the same book & you take the same exam. You will be taught the basics everywhere! Outside Courses are the ones that will teach you how to master what you want. People that have gone to expensive schools have told me the same. You’re simply there only to pass your test. No need to spend over $10k for an exam when this school charged me (2023) $3k. Maybe that will make you feel better about coming, but also make sure rules & MONEY related things are said CLEARLY before signing anything. (I was being charged almost $200 more because “I was absent for those hours” but the owner took off $50 which was basically nothing but I didn’t want my credit to get bad because they failed to to tell me that in the beginning) so just have a clear conversation before signing"

"Went in to get my hair colored the solution burnt my hair and scalp. The fact that the instructor made the mixture left it on for 45 minutes I spoke up. Said this is burning please take it off. The student briefly rinsed my hair. Etc. Instructor sprayed a conditioner. It still burned. The student wanted to "blow dry" my hair I said not needed. Walked out. Will not come back to this school."

"I took my daughter with me there last year for perms and our hair turned out Great. This is now my 2nd time going there and will continue to go. Great service for the price. The girls are awesome! Thank you for doing a good job on my hair."

"I've been studying cosmetology lessons at Topline Beauty College for over a month now and all have have to say is how lucky I am to pick an awesome cosmetology school. The reason I said lucky was prior deciding which school to go to, I have no knowledge or referral from anyone. My husband and I decided to go to some beauty college around the area to see which one is best for us. Of all the beauty college we try to apply for, we finally decided to pick Topline Beauty College for many reasons. One of the most important reason was our first impression with Cindy, the owner of Topline Beauty College. She was extremely friendly and courteous. She didn't pressure us as we were asking questions about the program. My husband and I felt that she was a genuine person where we feel comfortable since I was going to be there for at least a year and half before finishing my cosmetology course. We didn't have that feelings at other beauty college we went to. What impressed me more was having Mrs. Norma, a teacher I"m blessed to have. She is an amazing human being to begin with. She loves her job and it reflects with her actions. I've learned so much within one month period. There are different type of teachers out there, but to have a teacher who loves what they do and willing to share their knowledge with their students are a blessing for whoever have the opportunity have them as a teacher. The reason for my writing this review is to share my experiences with Topline Beauty College. There will always be positives and negatives reviews for every business, but you have to look at the things that are important to each individual. As for me, people is the most important factor. To have an owner and a teacher who make you feel welcome and teach your with their heart, you can't ask for more. :)"
