She blocked my number and hasn’t answered us at all…. On the phone with my lawyer as we speak about this matter. Do not rent with ashberry apartments."

"Booked an appointment to view an available unit and was stood up by the manager. Left multiple voicemails with no return call. Unprofessional and disrespectful. As you can see this place has terrible reviews and it looks like for good reason. Renter beware."

"Rent increases occur rather frequently. Rent overpriced for value of place. Healthy lifestyle of the area is not supported by having bike racks available for guests, nor any space for quests to park cars. Maintenance is very poor. You will be shoveling snow when winter is here. Maintenance denies problems exist so they don't have to fix them. Promised items would be fixed when signed contract by manager and maintenance will tell you they don't fix those things. Maintenance also smokes in your place while repairing items. Quality of life is diminished with restrictions on what you can and can't do for such a mediocre place. Garage key codes work on several garages, so your garage may open when someone else keys in their code:( Poor landscaping. Manager is fickle to say the least. Says one thing, does something completely different. Several break ins occur, random people and/or suspicious activity occurs rather frequently, too. Noticed by several tenants."
