"Resided in Hidden Springs (Toonen Properties) no complaints regarding management. It was a wonderful place in the warm weather months however, once we had windy weather we could hear the wind drift through all the windows and patio door! Mold was noticed first in the master bedroom wall which we contacted maintenance for and although it was cleaned the mold reappeared quickly. I was told to turn the heat up, keep all blinds/door open which I did. Mold continued to grow in bedroom and every window as well as the patio door, I constantly had to keep cleaning those areas. Our health and our daughters heath was not good at all through this time even with a dehumidifier in this issue never stopped. I have various videos before and after cleaning."

"We only rented for a year, but our experience was nothing but wonderful! I had a couple plumbing issues, and the maintenance was there within a few hours. They always responded quickly to any questions and concerns. Upstairs units are wonderful with vaulted ceilings, and the property was always kept top notch. People complain about the price, but all the other apartment complexes we looked at were almost the same amount, and the units were horrible. Toonen Properties sends a monthly newsletter with tips and events in the area, as well as they have fun gatherings with all of their units they own."
