"If I could give no stars I would. Lynda was a sweetheart, it is so sad she left. Once she did, this entire apartment complex went even further down the drain. We had filed multiple service requests with maintenance to fix our dishwasher, leaks, and this god awful smell coming from our laundry room...(water heater, or washing machine). None of these issues were addressed. Additionally, we filed our 30 day notice mid-month (understanding that we would be responsible for next month's rent) and the property manager forced us out around the beginning of our last month that we PAID FOR. This didn't allow us time to clean the apartment and provide our carpet cleaning for the unit. So guess what? They charged us 2600$ for carpet replacement, even though the unit had not had it's carpet replaced in over 5 years! This was due to our cat causing a scuff in the carpet in the master bedroom, and NORMAL EVERYDAY WEAR stains (feet placement, etc.) In the living room and other bedrooms. They stated these were spill/pet stains which was completely not true (we had a cat, in which they use a litter box). We had no time to prepare to move out. So they billed us for the rent for the following month to flip the unit as soon as possible, and bill us for carpet they had not replaced in 5 years due to normal wear. This was actually a scam. Do not live here. They treat you terribly. They overcharge for issues that can easily be addressed. They do not answer their phones, or respond when you need maintenance. Terrible property management, and a terrible experience. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"This place is amazing! Management and maintenance are great. They have helped with all my needs including going above and beyond working with me and my pet.There have been some issues on the property that management along with maintenance handled very prompt and professionally without exploiting it to others and I praise them for that. I honestly couldn't ask for better staff at this property so thank you for everything you do!!"

"This apartment allows dog neglect and does absolutely nothing on excessive dog barking! I understand dogs bark, but consecutively all day?! The property manager witnessed the dog in the kennel too small for it, and did nothing which has been ongoing for months. There is a bunch of trash laying around and glass around the garbages - in order for them to do something about it- you need to contact them many of times! Evergreen Estates need management that cares about their tenants and pets living here! Not worth the high rent to live here! Tried calling Premier Real Estate Management many of times and have yet to hear from Casey, the manager of this property. Ever since Linda left, the place has fallen apart! I had to sign my lease 4 separate times because the new property manager which is our maintenance guy does not know what he is doing! They do not want to hire anyone in that office to replace Linda, as they think he’s doing a great job. This place needs help!"

"I have lived at Evergreen Estates for over 5 years and I enjoy living here. The current Property Manager, Linda , is honestly the best! She responds quickly to any issues or concerns and is always very friendly. I feel like since Linda's been here, I've noticed positive changes and I truly appreciate that. Chad (maintenance) is also quick to respond and very professional. This is an apartment complex, so yes, there will be noise. I believe that as an apartment community, it's up to the Residents to respect one another. Clean up after your dogs, pick up your trash, maintain your apartment and respect noise levels. I've never had any issues with not knowing about lease renewals. We have a super easy online system and we get multiple notifications This system works quite well. Overall, a good place to live with great Property Management."

"I have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. When there has been a maintenance issue, they are very quick to fix it. Linda has gone out of her way for me, time and time again, whether it be to get paperwork ready that I've needed or even just a quick reply for any questions I have had. It is an apartment so there may be times that you hear your neighbors, but that hasn't been much of an issue for me. Most of the neighbors here are very respectful and kind. My dog and I have enjoyed many mornings out on the patio, where I can read peacefully and she can watch all the activity from birds and other wildlife taking advantage of the pond in our backyard! This has been a great home and I recommend it to anyone who may be looking."
