"Me and my family loved and enjoyed living in Legdecrest Apartments. The townhomes are very spacious with lots of storage and all the amenities. The apartment manager, Debbie is very friendly and is always ready to help when needed. I hope you this review helps."

"Been here 6 months and super happy with everything so far. Quiet area and friendly neighbors."
"Debbie was a huge help in getting our family settled in Green Bay. She made the moving process very easy and was super friendly and helpful the entire time! Thank you Debbie!"
"My mother in law lived here for many years. The apartment was okay, nothing special and we thought it wasn’t worth how much she paid for rent. Garbage and mailboxes were really far from the unit also. The one issue I had was the manager “Debbie”. She is a bit of a mess. She would tell the office one thing, and tell us something completely different. She called me on the morning of our walk through to complain that we were late. I let her know my walk through was a hr later, and she admitted she had the wrong time- after being very snippy with me for being late to our appointment. At the walk through, she said my mother in law would get her full deposit back since the apartment was spotless. When we received the check, 150.00 was deducted!!! ?Also, they require that you clean the carpets when you move out. Just an FYI, a landlord can’t ask you to do this, even if it’s in the lease unless your carpets are filthy beyond normal wear and tear. We did in fact hire a company to clean the carpets, so what the 150.00 fee was, we just don’t know, as the apartment was in pristine condition . My advise is to film your walk through, and anything the property manager says- get it in writing as she seems super confused. And don’t expect your full security deposit back, because if my neat freak mother in law didn’t get the full amount- nobody will."
