"I’ve been using this bank location for several years. It’s changed business names a few times over the years. I’ve never had a problem using the atm for depositing and withdrawing cash, until US back took it over. Often I go there and the atm isn’t fully operational. Sometimes won’t accept cash deposits. Sometimes won’t let me withdrawal. It’s a consecutive issue for myself, and am unaware if it’s terrible timing or others experience similar difficulties. They just installed two new Ev charging units out front, assuming the received a tax break for that. Now if only they would prioritize making their atms operational 24/7. Otherwise what’s the purpose of a bank if you can access funds. Since I originally made this post. The bank has installed a second atm, thus changing my rating. However it’s Still a crummy bank branch. Asked to use their restrooms after withdrawing from my account. The bank teller replied: “it’s not for the public”. What bank can take care of your money, but doesn’t allow clients to use their restroom. Terrible"
"I started going to this branch because there is less traffic coming here than to the one in Freedom. The pros - the tellers and the door man smile and are polite enough and there are usually not that many people in line. The cons - although there are not usually many people in line, the tellers do not acknowledge you in line or say things like "I will be with you as soon as I can." to let you know that they realize you are waiting. Just this morning, there were THREE tellers and there were two of us waiting in line. Two of the tellers were chatting away, oblivious to the fact that there were customers waiting. One of them seemed to be putting cash away, but took longer to do this because the other was just standing there talking and laughing with her. I probably stood there for about 5 minutes before one of the tellers decides to slowly float over to her station and let me know that now, she could help me. No "thank you for waiting" or "sorry for the wait." I hope the branch manager sees this - if you guys want to keep your branch open, you need to be more customer service oriented and prioritize service before chatting with your co-workers."
