"I lived at Foxcroft from October 2022-November 2023. After 2 months of living there my apartment flooded and it wasn't anybody's fault, but the repairs and customer service during this incident were terrible. I couldn't get emails or calls back, it took over 2 months for my apartment to be repaired and due to the bad experience I asked to get out of my lease early and they told me no. There was a management change during my time and I've seen some improvements but there are still broken down cars sitting in the parking lots, non-handicap cars parked in handicap spots, cars parked in no parking areas, and there was a serious dog waste issue before the management change. On July 17 I submitted a maintenance request for my washing machine and they didn't come look at it until August 1st. While I was waiting for my washer to be repaired I submitted the request multiple times and ended up having to email the office directly telling them what was wrong. For the price of the apartment I expected my experience to be MUCH better."

"Love living here....been 14yrs (?). Manager and maintenance staff always caring and friendly. Quick responses to needs. My apartment is on 2nd floor so i have lovely vaulted ceiling with skylights, room sizes are perfect, love fireplace, and washer/dryer right in apt. Pool & community garden, exercise room, are wonderful. Clean and lovely. I recommend Foxcroft, highly."

"I lived here about 10 years ago and was a resident for about 3 years. When I left Foxcroft to another apartment, that place was just horrible. They treated their residents like scum. I always felt like we were walking on eggshells and constantly being watched. Every slight little movement we made there was a note on our door for eviction. Any way, we lived there for eight years we finally left and we came back to Foxcroft because I love the area, and it’s close to everything and management was so wonderful and helping anyway they could. When we moved in and I had an issue with some thing or something wasn’t working, they were on top of it very quickly and resolved the issue. The people in the office are wonderful and very nice and I’m glad I came back"

"My family and I just recently moved into our apartment and love it so much. The neighbors are so just so calm and collect. We have been able to have some nice conversions with our upstairs neighbors. It’s nice to make friends in the area. Management team at Foxcroft Apartment has done an amazing job making sure our needs have been met and that we are comfortable with our new home."
