Reviews of TitletownFlats
"I have been here almost 2 years and think this place is amazing. Only a couple of minor things have come up that would happen anywhere and maintenance took care of it immediately and did a great job. Management is always very nice and attentive. I have never lived in a cleaner building in my life and have met some really great people here. My son is having an awesome time that he will remember forever. Looking forward to renewing my lease in May for another incredible year. Thank You Titletown!!!"
"Tittle town flats is a poorly built overly priced miss managed building. I cannot overstate how horrible this place is. 1400$ gone from our security deposit due to painting which runs under fair wear and tear."
"Beautiful location and property. Easy access to amenities."
"Everything You NEED to Know About Living at the Titletown Flats I would like to start this review by saying I lived in this building for a full lease-term (12 months). I will leave a descriptive, honest summary of my experience with staff, neighbors, the building, and the area. I would like to start with the bad and move to the good. For one, this building is extremely noisy. My girlfriend and I lost sleep countless nights because of a neighbor above us with a dog, who would be up most nights past 2-3am. The noise from voices and footsteps moves through the ceilings so easily that you can hear everything above you. Yes that means nighttime activities and bowel movements. Management is aware of this issue, and encourages residents to use area rugs for the linoleum floors. Secondly, our hot water lasted 10-15 minutes. For the men out there that don’t see the issue, your lady needs double that to shave and shower. If you do the dishes, you won’t be able to take a shower for longer than 7-8 minutes. We lived in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment, and hot water tanks may be bigger in different units. Third, the price. In Green Bay, this is a premium price point for housing. You are paying 125$ a month to park your vehicle in the garage. In our new building in Milwaukee Wisconsin, we pay half that per vehicle for a luxury apartment. This leads me to the price of utilities. My last utility bill in June was 127$ to cool a 630 square foot apartment. My utility bill for a 1200 square foot townhouse on the east side was roughly 75$. Fourth, the elevators go down. Relatively frequently. During our lease, I would estimate in between a half dozen, and a dozen trips up and down 5 floors of stairs. I would also like to note to be very specific when ordering food. People don’t know where to park or how to use latch. We found that Finally, lack of storage. In our entire unit, the only storage we had was our bedroom closet, which by the way is already very small. No pantry, and very little cabinet space. We had to downsize significantly to fit into this space. This may be different in bigger units. Now that you have heard our troubles with the building, let me give you the extensive list of benefits and good things about living there. First, there is 24/7 security on premises. We felt very safe here. Secondly, community. There is a great community of people that live in the building. The staff does a great job of hosting events for residents, whether that be live music and catering, mutts and margaritas (it’s exactly what it sounds like), yoga classes on the lawn, trivia, or a football viewing party, they always find a way to get creative and bring people together. To add to this, we had no issues with staff. Polite, friendly, professional, and punctual. Next, location. For Green Bay, this is the perfect location to rent. You are attached to titletown, with tons of seasonal events and food to match. Our favorites were Hinterland and Tavern in the Sky. Lambeau is a block away. Amenities in this building are top notch. The security system, latch is awesome. The lounge areas, lobby, Rec room, yoga studio, and gym are all updated, modern, and aesthetically-pleasing. The patio has amazing seating, grills, and well-kept landscaping. In general they do a great job with maintaining the building and property. I will note we could never turn on the fire pits on the front stair lawn of the building. Balconies. The balconies on the west facing side (towards the shell) have a perfect sunset view. Natural light in our apartment was beautiful with the big windows coming in from the balcony too. Our favorite part about living here was our balcony. I would guess we spent a hundred hours easily out there. No bugs, no crazy wind, and fairly private. If you face the east, you see titletown and lambeau. It’s a win either way. I would note the south facing side of the building probably gets the worst view. From my experience, I would live here again but only on the 6th floor. I hope you find this helpful."
"Moved here for the EV charging - now they have made it a profit center for themselves. If your car is done charging at 2:52 in the morning you better set an alarm to go down and unplug your car or you will be charged $.50/minute up to $50 per occurrence for this. $20 a month ChargePoint fee also added. Plugged into the charger also another $1.00 per hour charged."
