"I needed to take time out of my day to write a review of my experience with PLS. CC097 LA Brea. I’m a customer who is very busy…..So my time is important to me. That being said, there 2 employees working at this location on the night shift that are heads and shoulders above the rest. They anticipate why I’m there and what I need. They also greet me by my first name which is pretty impressive to me.. I want to give them a shout out because of their business acumen, and the service that they deliver. I can always count on when I enter PLS a smile from Becca and Jamal, followed by. What are we doing today Mr. Williams. Sending money Paying bills or picking up quarters? These two individuals truly get it. It’s just nice to be nice. Looking forward to seeing them again soon."

"They will completely interrogate you for going in to use the service they provide. They will try to convince you to leave and not use the service they provide - which makes NO SENSE from a business standpoint. And they refuse to cash checks "from Massachusetts" and possibly every other non California state? Go to any other check cashing place if at all possible. EDIT: CUSTOMERS BEWARE! If you leave any review that isn't 100% positive, store employees will pull your personal information (including phone number!!!) from your file to call and harass you! At work! They will argue with you about your experience. They will insist that they didn't do anything wrong. But beyond that - if they feel comfortable looking up my phone number to call and harass me, how am I supposed to feel safe knowing that they also have my address on file? DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AT ALL."
