"I wasn’t able to get a good photo and I’m in a hurry to get home right now, but I just wanted to say that the employee party city brought my phone to me because I forgot it. I bought a dozen normal balloons and two foil balloons for my fiancé’s birthday . I’m so thankful they did a great job with my order and I will definitely come here again. I didn’t get her name down but she’s a good person! The other employees were very nice to me and help me with what I needed today ❤️"

"The customer service by 1 employee in a green sweater was awful. I walk in early, there are no customers in line so I go and wait in line waiting to be asked to ring up. This cashier is behind the counter did not say one word to me or ask if I was ready, it was another employee on the floor who said I could go to counter 1 and that the girl behind the counter would help me. She did not say hello or offer any help whatsoever. She clearly hates working here and made me feel like I was bothering her. I won't go back to this location."
