"I went in to dispute a charge and the teller told me that she could not do that because I opened my bank account, which I should point out is a National Bank, in a different state. what I said this to her she was like oh I can do this and I was like no every other time I've had to dispute a charge at any Bank I have talked to a manager and she essentially told him he was too busy. I started the transaction with her and at one point she rolled her eyes at something I said about this dispute, which is when I took my card and left. I literally went to another Branch to miles away and had this finished in 10 minutes. So for whatever reason this Branch decided to be unintentionally misinformed or outright deceitful, as well as rude."

"I have banked at the Morrisey branch for over 3 years. The former tellers and manager greeted me by name and were very friendly. They treated me like s neighbor/ :the branch is a neighborhood bank for gods sake. So far with the new staff I've been asked for my ID. EVERYTIME by the same most unfriendly woman I've ever had the displeasure of interactiong with. I go in there every 2 weeks like clockwork getting the same amt of rent. Figure it out. Learn my name and face. Be pleasant. She looks st me with disdain. I'm lesbian. What's going on here? Extremely dissatisfied with this bank now."
