"We have lived here 3 years now and the maintenance and upkeep is excellent. The grounds look the best they ever have thanks to Austin's hard work and dedication to his job. We plan on staying in this quality neighborhood for a very long time!"

"The apartments are fine, but the upkeep of the property needs improvements. The condition of the grounds are always mediocre; There's mud everywhere from the use of a UTV on the grounds. Oddly enough there's caution tape put up in the middle of sidwalks with no signs or work being performed, forcing a muddy path to be taken instead. Any repairs seem to take months to resolve; When first moving in it took a month to reseal the kitchen sink that was leaking and it's taken 3 months to replace a broken light fixture in my unit. The flag poles put up just just a year ago aren't maintained; The flags aren't taken down in inclement weather nor are they put to half staff. The front flag pole is just missing. Be sure to invest in waterproof dog booties in the winter; Although about everyone here has a dog, the salt that is heavily used for sidewalks during the winter is not meant for dogs. In Reply to Owner: I want to start out with the apartment itself and little ammenities made available are comfortable. I think you're mistaking me for the Regional Director of Decker Properties from our email conversation. This email shows I first contacted the property manager on October 4, 2021 and the maintenance request was resolved on February 2, 2022. I didn't mention anything about UTV noise, here, but did attach a picture of the mud I'm describing; which is clearly not from a snow plow. Thank you for finally responding to me about the noise complaint email I sent on October 11, 2021, though."
"1.) Was not cleaned or prepared on our move-in date. cat hair, food crumbs, unknown substances in the bathroom 2.) Extremely unorganized, we were told our move-in checklist was not turned. Provided email examples showing that it wasn't even sent to us until a day after our move-in date and that it was sent to the previous manager on time who never filed it. 3.) Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks and when they are responded too they will get the job half-done. Brought us an unpainted, dirty bedroom door. 4.) appliances in these townhomes are sub par. Boiling water and getting a pan to sit flat is a challenge In response to owner: "Friction regarding pets" emails were provided to you showing your company's approval for a 3rd pet and you had absolutely zero issue collecting our money for that pet. Acting like this was hidden from you is dishonest, it was approved and charged. And yes a nearly 20% rent increase is outpacing said inflation you are referencing."
