"They changed my experience with them. My first impression wasn’t the best, when I entered I didn’t get greeted, when I approached the register then I didn’t get asked if I needed any help but Li and her co worker by the end made me smile and open up to them about why I was there ( getting supplies for my mom memorial) . I hope I was able to teach them that customer service is important and you never know what a person is dealing with so you need to always smile, greet, and be attentive and most importantly you have until a person walks out that door to change their opinion."

"I came in to exchange a pair of white thigh high stockings. I opened the box to try on an they were to big. I got them the night before tried them on with my costume the next day an went to try to exchange today. I an was denied from the cashier who said she couldn’t do return or exchange. When she asked permission from her manager Brenda, Brenda didn’t show no concern or care to give me options she didn’t even stop what she was doing with her back against cashier desk the whole time. No acknowledgement nothing just a hard no can do an not even to me but to her associate. I tried to explain to cashier that the receipt policy applied to my right to return an she just on her own decided it did not. I will never go to this party city again they are unprofessional with bad service. To anyone who has a purchase an would like a return or exchange beware of the employees making up there own rules then what is posted on receipt."
