"I’ve lived in a one-bedroom at Barrington for about 8 months, and have no complaints. The property management is very responsive and kind. The facilities are great. They provided treats for my pets upon move in which I thought was adorable!"
"We have been charged with hefty maintenance fees after vacating the apartment after a stay of 3years. There are no considerations given to a tenant who has stayed more than 3 years. The management is sitting just to get the most out of your security deposit in the name of cleaning and wear and tear. They just don’t want to give your money back. Also there are no next level of contact person after property manager. If you don’t have good relationship with property manager you are bound to loose your security deposit. The management team has also ended up sending the final settlement amount to some random address."
"Be careful!!!! We left apartment on the end of January, but they charged February which is fraud. They accepted us leaving the lease instead of eviction but continued to charge us for March and April. Now we can't rent a house in another state because of that."
"We thoroughly enjoy living in this community. The management consistently organizes engaging activities for residents, such as contests, ice cream carts, and community cookouts, creating a strong sense of community. The pool is excellent, the apartments are very nice, and the hallways are generally maintained in a tidy condition. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, although we did experience a slight delay with one particular order. However, upon contacting the office, we were promptly assisted by Randi and Corey, who resolved the matter right away for us. We genuinely appreciate their swift response and attentiveness once the issue was brought to their attention."
"While trying to find places the office here was amazing at keeping in contact and letting me know details about what was available. Randi, from the leasing office was very informative and made sure I knew what I was getting. The whole experience made getting a place stress free and upon moving in my apartment has exceeded my expectations with the amount of space you get! I attached some photos to help!"
