"First off Kari is a building manager. Secondly all the fees they been charging since new owners took over is insane. It's gotten way out of control. It's frustrating since I have not seen anyone income coming in from work but the rent has went up 200 almost 300 bucks."

"I’ve lived here for five years. 1 bed/1bath old carpet and appliances in a not great part of town. Last year a new management company took over and raised everyone’s rent by over $100. Now they’re adding additional fees that we’re never there before. I now pay over $180 more than I did just last year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their greed and lack of respect for their tenants is disgusting."

"Terrible customer service from Kat. I called yesterday yo get my garbage disposal fix, which is leaking and smoking and all she said was that I’m gonna have to wait for 2 more days because they only have 1 maintenance guy for 88 units ….. so I proceeded to ask if I could find someone how who would fix it and get the charge discounted from the rent and and it was a rotund no. People in the office are very unprofessional and they don’t sympathize with your situation. I will be moving out of this unit ASAP. All winter it was the same situation we pay maintance but the we’re never there when needed."

"Overall a decent experience and a solid value for the price! Pros: - Relatively cheap - Responsive maintenance. We had a burner out on our oven and they replaced it with an entirely different, albeit used, oven within a day or so - Good location, and overall pretty quiet. You'll be 10-15 minutes away from most anything you could want - Decent place to be if you have kids Cons: - If you live on the first floor, prepare for constant stomping and creaking because of the old hardwood floors upstairs - No overhead lighting anywhere but the kitchen - Fairly untimely snow plowing/parking lot treatment - Dated interiors/carpets - Coin-operated washer and dryers in the basement - Tons of kids running around. Not a con for parents, but not really the place to be if you don't have kids"

"This complex recently changed ownership and we are experiencing the usual fallout - inconsistent maintenance of the grounds, larger than rent increases at renewals, and increased marketing to move to their other properties. Rubs me the wrong way that they automatically send a monthly rent reminder when we have perfect payment history. They've contracted with a snow removal company that routinely skips us and does shoddy work when they do show up. The complex itself is good for the value. Our unit in particular is pretty outdated, but I know they offer some nice renovated options. Quiet neighbors, family-oriented community, responsive and adept resident services and maintenance technicians. We'll be looking elsewhere when the lease is up - we miss overhead lighting and carpet that isn't brown and cabinets that aren't squishy with 20 layers of paint."
