"Jennifer is great! Very helpful when you need anything she’s nice ,funny, friendly and does her job well and if you just wanna talk she’s there for you"
"Great design/layout of unit, staff very helpful, love roof garden area, community room, and fitness room, parking indoors, and convenient to downtown, only negative I would give is the lack of good soundproofing between floors especially if you have "noisy" neighbors. Tenants, so far, all get along well with everyone. As to a comment regarding the noise in the neighborhood, the stadium is pretty good at keeping to cutoff time for events. Anyone moving in next door to a venue needs to expect to hear some "noise". I live facing the venue and have no complaint. The noise of the trains us something you get used to as Federal law requires the horn to be sounded 20 seconds before crossing in public access and downtown has a lot of streets to cross! Call me weird but I kind of like the mournful sound of the train at night. 5 years later & an update: There is no longer an onsite manager. The heating/AC, which uses a system intended for areas that do not go below 32° has been problematic. AC goes out quite often and requires resets. Appliances are showing their age (quality), cabinets in bathroom were discovered to have contact paper covers which did not do well in a steamy room. Cheaper plumbing means a lot of rust as well. The thing that still goes well is the location, the neighbors, staff willing to work with you when needed on most issues."
"I've lived here for about 7-8 months now. The management is not great, you usually have to enter a maintenance request 2-3 times before they respond. I've had to walk down to the office myself a few times just to get them to do anything. I put in a request and it only ever got done because they stopped by for a regular maintenance check of my heating. They also don't answer the phone, you ALWAYS have to leave a message. I don't know if this is only the case for restricted income renters, I can't imagine paying full price for such unresponsive management. The construction would be fine if they regularly maintained it. Back in November the heating was broken for a couple days, and about 2 weeks later we had no hot water for 3-4 days. Imagine if this had happened in December when we got that huge storm and less than 10f temperatures. All the patios on the whole northwest side of the building are basically inaccessible in the summer because they are crawling with spiders and small flies. Can't even open the door without 10 flying in. If you look up from the sidewalk you can see the balconies covered in cobwebs. No point in cleaning them up because they will be back the next day. Hard to say it's "just nature" when this is not a problem I've had at any previous apartment and they have done nothing to try and prevent it. A neighbor also mentioned he had ants despite living on the 4th floor. There are a couple families that have frequent domestic disputes in the warmer months. Full-on screaming, cursing matches (across the street from an elementary school btw) right outside on the sidewalk for everyone to see and hear, to the point you cannot enjoy having your windows open. Police have been by a couple times. Having lived on campus, I would normally be used to this, but it's almost impressive how loud they can be. All that said, the neighborhood is nice and the parking garage is very spacious. Hard to justify the the rent increase though when all these problems persist."
"The property managers are very accommodating and are always prompt and available whenever need be. The maintenance person Al is friendly and very quick to respond to requests. I have truly loved living here and looked forward to coming home to my apartment everyday after work. This is a wonderful place to live."
"Would give zero stars if it was an option. Does not respond to maintenance requests, management hours are not compatible with anyone who works regular hours. Construction is faulty at best. My unit was filthy when I moved in and there was no attempt to remedy the situation. Would avoid this management company and all of their properties at all costs."
