"I went in to get fitted for a new helmet. Ben was patient, professional, and great to work with. I was very impressed with knowledge, skill, and patience in allowing to me to try various helmets and going back and forth trying to find the one I liked most. The store itself is quite impressive to say the least. As a "renewed" bike owner, I will be back!"

"Buyer definitely be aware! Cyclegear does not honor their return policy. I bought a motorcycle track suit from cycle gear and I ended up not needing the suit. When I bought the suit I made sure to confirm with them that it was covered in the 90 day return policy. They told me 100% satisfaction guarantee - it is covered in the return policy. Then I tried to return it, and I was told that I could not return the suit because it was in “used condition” This is a $1400 suit that was never used and in cleaner condition than the suits in stock at the store. "We were in the store for awhile before someone started to help the three of us. A young man began helping us but then walked away and never came back. At the moment we decided to go to other cycle gear and give our money to that store and the staff that helped us out previously in chula vista. As we were getting ready to leave Kyle had just finished with customers and came over to us and asked if we needed help. We asked a question and he began helping us out. He was very helpful, gave us so much info that we appreciated and helped us with all of our questions. He went back and forth getting us what we needed, just very attentive, kind and helpful. He is the reading we decided to stay and make the purchases that we did. The two ladies that helped us at the end I belive one of their names were Angie and the other i didnt catch. They had helped us at the end checking out were also very kind. They let us know about the meet up on in front of the store, made sure that I got my membership discount when I forgot to mention I had it already. They were patient and made sure to let us know it was no problem. They made the experience better as well."

I paid and was out the door within 15 minutes. I am completely satisfied with their personalities, service, quality of products and knowledge!"

Sale rep was very Customer oriented and friendly and spent time educating me on my choices. I bought a few enhancement items for my bike ( on sale items ) and came away far more knowledgeable as consideration for what type of gear I’ll likely purchase and what brands.
