A day later I received an email saying its going be delivered on 12/10/2022, again I didn't receive my package. I opened a help request online and after 5 days they finally got back to be just to be told it was scanned delivered and there is nothing they cant do about it. 0/5 stars"

"Yes, there are lines here, like many places. Yes, I wish this branch office had longer hours. But those are really non-issues for me. What is important to share is how special I think the lady behind the counter is. She has always been there when I have come in and I think she might be the only one that works at this spot. She is amazingly upbeat and helpful. She is sensitive and empathetic. Always smiling and willing to listen. She took extra time to guide me through the transfer of my recently departed father's mail to my address and was both kind and efficient doing it."
