"When I moved out to Madison almost four years ago, I took a look at various properties across different parts of the general area. This included complexes in Fitchburg, Central Madison, and Verona. Aspen Ridge was the first place I visited in my search, and I knew at the end of my apartment hunting day that I had to rush back to Jessie to make sure I secured the perfect apartment. Other properties don't even come close. Aspen Ridge has spacious units and hallways, a clean, well-kept underground garage, beautiful surroundings on all sides, and a quiet/peaceful atmosphere 24/7. It's a single building, unlike it's sister complex Aspen Hill, which means overall low traffic in terms of entering/exiting the property. And it is literally a two minute, straight-shot drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and the major highway throughout Madison, the Beltline. To top it all off, Jessie, the property manager of Aspen Ridge, is probably the best "landlady" one could hope to work with. She helped me set up in Madison with a simple, easy leasing process and set of terms, and has continued to elevate my own personal living experience there above and beyond the norm. Always friendly when I call or stop by, and very accommodating with all of my requests/feedback! What more can you ask for? You'd frankly be doing yourself a disservice by passing up on an available unit at Aspen Ridge."

"We have been living at Aspen Ridge for the past 2.5 years. We absolutely love living with TR McKenzie and this property! The apartment is in a wonderful location, great for walking and biking through neighborhoods. It is also right in between 2 parks, great for kids. Our 2 bedroom apartment has plenty of room for my fiance, myself and a 7 year old. Our favorite thing about Apsen Ridge is the ability to grill on our balcony."

"This is a great apartment complex, in a great location. Located outside of Middleton, but close to shopping, restaurants, schools, etc. It is a very quiet complex, which was perfect for my 6 year old son and I. Very modern and spacious apartment, and a very family oriented neighborhood with two wonderful playgrounds in walking distance. The management company, especially Jessie, is wonderful to work with. Jessie lives on site, which is a huge bonus. She is always a pleasure to talk to, and she truly wants your experience at Aspen Ridge to be a good one. She makes adds a very personal touch! I highly recommend this apartment complex. I lived here for three years, and never had a problem. Maintenance has been great, the facility is always clean, and the property is well maintained. It is a great place to call home!"

"This is an amazing company and apartment. I highly recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone seeking a sleek a modern apartment on the West side. Although Aspen Ridge didn't quite meet the needs of my family (we needed a three bedroom) I had an incredibly positive experience in touring and conversing with Jessie (the manager). If a three bedroom version existed of what I saw I would have pounced on it in a second. The pricing is much lower than what I would be willing to pay for the stainless steel appliances and gorgeous wood doors and cabinets. I'm legitimately jealous of anyone who gets to decorate these stylish apartments."
