"Update: I received the nail polish though I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I have changed my original 1 star review to a 4 star because Gellipop customer service offered to refund my original shipping costs for the delay and offered to give me a full refund if I wanted to return the nail polish. I have decided to keep the polish and give it a try. I would suggest, in the future, that Gellipop adjust the way they initially respond to customers reaching out due to shipping delays. This would probably eliminate negative customer reactions. In a world in which customer service has taken a nosedive, if Gellipop wants to stand out above the rest, making small changes will assure they become known for superior customer service. Ultimately, they did the right thing which makes me reconsider my original declaration to never shop with them again. This company is disreputable. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. I ordered a nail polish and, over 2 weeks later, I still haven't received it. The tracking has been stuck at a facility in California since May 7th with the status "running late". I understand there can be shipping delays but, typically, when delays occur, the company is accountable. Such is NOT the case with Gellipop. I tried calling but their phone number but it goes straight to voicemail and is a generic voicemail message that doesn't even state what company you are calling. I sent emails and it took several days for them to respond. The response was laughable. They said "Unfortunately you toggled off Route protection plan to cover your purchase for any problems like damages, lost, etc…" I don't know what that means. I made the purchase through shop.com and there was never any mention of paying additional shipping costs (the $16.95 nail polish cost $4.95 to ship but that doesn't cover loss, damage, etc???? What exactly did I pay shipping for then????) Other portions of the email contained very bad grammar and made references to the "variance of the US postal service". In addition, if the US postal service is so "variable" (aka unreliable) why are they choosing to use them as their shipper? Isn't that basically admitting they know their shipping company of choice is unreliable but they use them anyway? Furthermore, what kind of modern day business offers such poor customer service as to place their failure to get orders out to their customers on the actual customer? I have doubts I will ever receive my nail polish, but regardless of if I do, I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH GELLIPOP AGAIN!!!! They have proven to be a company I can't put my trust into and showed no accountability for their failure to meet their obligation to get the (in hindsight) over-priced nail polish I ordered to me in a reasonable time, if at all."

"Best investment ever. I requested the 5 hour training to support some gel application processes. Not only did cleared those concerns, she provided some tricks to trade to further my abilities. If anyone needs any refresher training, or needs needs training in Gel application., this is the place to go!"
