"Used service twice. First time was excellent. 2nd time felt like a scam. Made an order at 12:57pm ETA said 45min. 2 hours went buy so I called & text. No response at first until I kept texting. Someone text back(no name given) then said they were closed for inventory and deliveries would resume around 5pm. I patiently waited until 7pm. Kept texting and no response at first. Then got text back saying refund will be issued immediately. No such thing happened on my end. I kept trying to contact them and still no answer. They pick and choose what questions they will answer. I will never use their service again. I wouldve been willing to use service again had they properly communicated. I understand things happen, but why not respond with detailed answers especially after taking someone's money."
