"I moved in here recently and am very happy to be here. The management staff is wonderful and everyone I run into in the building is super friendly. The building is kept very clean. They have community rooms and the rental units are clean with modern kitchens. Lovely place that is also close to shopping, restaurants and is about 6 blocks from the lakefront"

"This apartment complex is designed for seniors 55+ and older. If you short days that I've been here, I have already found people to be extremely friendly, caring for each other, and enjoy being a part of this community. The buildings are well-maintained, public areas are clean, outside areas are nicely manicured, and the office has been extremely positive. Definitely worthwhile to check it out. Upon move in, the apartment was clean, and everything worked. Located in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of parking around the building."

"Very clean building which also has a well maintained landscape. The apartment I was visiting was well lit and very comfortable. The maintenance done here must be done by people who care about what they are doing. I give them a big thumbs up."

"I moved here after 26 years in my home. The management team here were extremely helpful and continue to make apartment living a great experience. If I had one suggestion would be they have 3 buildings, wish one was made pet free for those that either don't like animals or are allergic. Otherwise would highly recommend moving here"
