"I've lived at this location for three years now and it's going to take a pretty spectacular place to get me to move away. This place is lovely. The finishes are high-end, secure location and neighborhood, right in the bustling heart of Bay View! Heated underground parking and available surface lot. Dean is so attentive with anything I need, fixing whatever I need and rescuing me when I lock myself out. I can't say enough good things about this place!"

"My wife and I had just left Chicago and found this gem of a place in Milwaukee. I can't say enough great things about our experience at King Lofts. We were in the corner unit, 2 bedroom with a monster balcony. The place was immaculate! Nice dark hard wood floors throughout, solid core doors and closets, modern kitchen, and all the appliances you need including in unit washer/dryer. The neighborhood is fantastic (Bayview), right next to the public library, tasty restaurants, and other cool stores within walking distance. The management was awesome. Scott, Dean, and Mike are the best, some of the nicest people we met while trying to get situated in a new town. We had some great times at King Lofts including having our first baby boy while living here. Check it out, you won't regret it!"

Super high ceilings, concrete floors, all new appliances, and heated underground parking. You're right in the middle of BV and walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars and the Avalon theater."
