"This location is the worst when it comes to timing and staff availability. Every time I go into this branch the line is backed all the way to the door and only 2 tellers working. What's the point in keeping this branch open if you don't have enough tellers to keep buisness moving! (No More Covid Excuses)There are so many accounts sitting there looking lost, like really! can't some of you get behind the window and help assist this long line. I swear it's ridiculous and I'm not exaggerating out of anger, this is real."

"Shalika was able to help me and another person at the same time 20 minutes before closing. She was super professional and even the other person she was helping was singing her praises. She looked at all the branches in my area to get us an appointment but none were available. Then she went out of our area but just over the bridge and found us an appointment for the next day. I am so grateful that Shalika is the one that came out to help us. I even called WF and they didn't get us an appointment until next week. She is the best. Yall better keep her or someone will snatch her up and make her in charge of everything."

"I've banked at Wells Fargo for 31 years, but the customer service at this branch is making it very difficult to want to continue. I wasted 45 minutes of my time waiting in line to make a deposit...9:10 in the morning...16 people in line, two tellers, one of whom is obviously new, and no more commercial teller at this branch, three bankers sitting at their desks, two with no customers. One teller has to help someone with their safe deposit box, which closed down his window for almost ten minutes, this while the branch manager sat at a desk behind him; apparently, no-one is cross trained to do anything other than what they normally do, or doesn't believe they need to. When I complained, I was told that the District Manager believes that the staffing level at this branch is correct. What that tells me is that you might want to find a new DM. Disgraceful way to run a bank."
