"I love this branch. All of the staff, from the tellers to management, work extremely hard. Normally there is a line when I come down, but it moves quickly. And when I get to the teller window, by in large I have positive interactions with the staff. I am very happy and I feel fortunate that I do not have to bank with a huge corporate bank where I do not feel respected or taken care of. At Travis, I feel like I am taken care of and I can have a positive interaction when I go handle my financies."

"Travis changed the mobile app that I was comfortable using. Now I cant access any of my accounts and when calling customer service I was put on a 19 minute hold 3x's . The NEW mobile upgrade is useless if you can't use it. Switch to Redwood C.C for better customer service & a better.all around banking experience."

"considered opening an account here today. after the teller finished gabbing with fellow employees she took the time to answer no questions of mine, and only offered to print out the web site, which i had already read and was explaining to her... i said i don't want a print out i'm here to open an account and she walked off to the printer. also half the ATM's were broken and i think i noticed two employees not helping anyone, i waited for that! no thanks"

"I had an appointment prior, due to there being so many transactions i had. It went smoothly and quickly. Downside: If you have coop banking, there's a limit on what you can deposit, that being $20,000. It's better to Mobile bank or use their kiosk in Concord. Great jnconvenience, especially, also being a Member."

"I was in Vallejo for errands when I drove past this branch. Oh, I thought, I need to pay my credit card, and as it was almost 5pm (they're open to 5:30pm), I parked and went inside. There was only a short line, and I was able to make my payment promptly. Not only that, I got a check register as I needed another one. All in all, a great experience."
