"I was told by one team member when asked that the store does give educator discounts. As I am ready to pay, the person at register says “I’m sorry I don’t know what he is talking about,”. Manager was called and he said no we don’t do that. The only reason I made my purchase was because of the 15% off I was told I would get. It was pretty upsetting and to not hold up the line further, I paid the full price. Made me feel embarrassed."
