"So many fun things to choose from. Shopping for baby shower items found things I didn't know I needed. Nice and friendly staff and good prices."
"This is the place you visit if you need something that you cannot find at Target. There was only one cashier helping and filling out balloons while there were two other decorating an isle with no customers anywhere in the store. Employees don't get it that having a short wait and a pleasant customer experience keeps bringing people back. Again, with other employees in the store, the one filling out my balloons and cashiering,, to no fault of her own is the one that leaves to shop a customer where she can find an item she needs."
"Apparently they can’t blow up balloons on the spot because there’s a later pick up time.. when they weren’t even busy. There was no other customers in the store. The employees were just standing at the register too. I’ve never had this experience where I had to preorder two balloons and pick up 2 hours later. At other party city, we just walk in and pick whichever balloons we want and that store were much much more busy"
