"I have lived at Colonial Court Apartments for about 4 months now and this definitely the BEST complex I have ever lived at. They are timely with all maintenance requests. Guadalupe and Brittany are an absolutely joy to communicate with, my dog loves living here, he knows where to get the treats at the leasing office! Guadalupe also brought him water when he super tired from a walk during the month of July they are just caring here. I cannot say enough good thing! This place will be our home for years to come. Thank you for making our home truly feel like home!!!"

"Colonial Court Apartments is an established property in Shorewood. That said, the apartments (built in 1948) have been recently renovated so it feels like a new property. It is pet-friendly, which is a huge plus. The underground parking is a big bonus in the winter climate. And there is a hidden jewel that goes beyond the property features... the property manager. Ericka is literally the best representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with for any place I have lived. She is organized, professional, knowledgeable, personable, courteous... in all, she as property manager is what made Colonial Court such a good experience for me. Thank you for all you do (and have done) for Luna and me! :+)"

"My fiance and I rented a 2 bedroom ground floor unit for one year. We were impressed by the sizes of the bedrooms and closets. The bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated. The kitchen included new, full size stainless steel appliances. The underground parking was great, though the garage doors would get stuck open at least once a month. There's not drainage in the garage so big puddles would form after rain. We knew we were only going to stay for a year. Even if we were open to staying longer, we may not have signed another lease because of management. We experienced very poor communication from the office staff. They were late to give us our keys when we moved in and were late again to complete our move-out walk through. On at least 2 occasions, water/ power were shut off to the building for maintenance work and we were not warned ahead of time. The garage was re-keyed and we were given no warning. Several of my direct emails to management went entirely unanswered. The on-site maintenance staff were GREAT! Always helpful and responsive. The quality of the apartment was nice but the office staff need to improve their responsiveness to tenants."

"I have lived here for 10+ years and I have never been disappointed. Melissa, the Property Manager has excellent customer service skills, genuine and very accommodating. She is extremely helpful and organized! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Thank you to the Maintenance crew for all their hard work. They respond instantaneously to maintenance requests! Kudos to the ground staff. Our property is well taken care of! Schools are great. I highly recommend Colonial Courts to anyone who is looking to live in the Shorewood area!"
