"I bought a handgun from this place and about 6 months after I bought it I took it out and dry fired it and I guess that broke it. The gun has never been used but some how it broke when I pulled the trigger one day. I contacted West Coast to see if they could repair it, or replace it, or be of any help at all in the situation, being that this is the first firearm that I’ve ever purchased and i wasn’t sure what my options were. When I took it up there this heavy set guy with a big round head told me to contact the manufacturer (Colt). He didn’t provide any other information. I got the phone number to colt off the net and have called colt like 100x. Nobody EVER answers. The place of either closed or it just rings until I get an answering machine. I’ve left messages but never get a call back. So it seems I wasted $1000+ here and I’m stuck with a broken gun. Lesson learned. Personally, I’m just going to go back to being anti gun and never buy another one. If you’re in the market I highly recommend that you avoid this place and purchase from a dealer that has better customer service and that actually cares more about the customers that spend with them, and cares more about the issues they might have with their purchases. Don’t make the same mistake I did. It’s Unfortunate that this is the state of American customer service."
