The FedEx Drop Box located at 333 Twin Dolphin Drive in Redwood City, California, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

FedEx Drop Boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own FedEx label. The drop boxes can accommodate packages up to 20" x 12" x 6". Drop-off times may vary depending on location, with some drop boxes offering extended hours and Saturday pickup options.

To use the drop box, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, then print and affix the label to your package before dropping it off. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.
