The proprietor of the establishment is a joy to talk to, as well as understanding if your late, helpful and professional, and a all around friendly guy. I have two business's mail going here. "The best place around to get your mail. The only place i know of that you can just call and ask if you have mail. Not only if, but what mail you got. So you don't waste time in your day going all the way there for something worthless.You can also tell him whether you want to receive junk mail or not. Some people like it. I am not one of those people, so he just sends mine straight to the recycling bin. I never even see it. And for only $14 a month!! It's so worth it. Oh yeah, you know how somethings say that they can't be mailed to a P.O. Box? Well those things can be mailed here. It just looks like an apartment address. I really can't say enough about how great a service it is. The gentleman that works there ( I'm pretty sure he's the owner.) has been there for over 40 years!! Everyone looking for a mailbox rental should go here. Simple as that."

"The best customer service ever! They %100 stand by their refer a friend and get a month's free rent (that is a free month to both the new client and the client who referred them). I was very pleased that i didn't even need to remind them of their promotion/deal, before the gentleman who runs the place already did before i could. This made me free reassured that this was a place that i could trust to handle taking in all my mail and packages for me. Also, since the actual physical location of the Continental Mail Co. is located in the Tenderloin Neighborhood of downtown San Francisco and is considered one of the lower income neighborhoods. Regardless, I have always felt safe & couldn't be more pleased with this establishment. They go above and beyond for each and every client, even taking in shipments that do not fit in the size of a P.O. box! Obviously, some size restrictions i'm sure apply but I have had no complaints about my packages so far. Plus, if you call during normal hours (10am-7pm) pacific standard time whomever answers your call will tell you if you have received any mail prior to you having to come in yourself to check, and have nothing be there for you to pick up! Talk about saving a person extra needed errand time in your day, right? LOVE CONTINENTAL MAIL CO.!"
