But the gentleman who has been delivering to my area have never been late, nor have we received unprofessional or offensive service. They seemed very well mannered and polite. They are actually the reason I am applying today to work for GLS. I take delivery expectations very seriously and hopefully we can improve the company’s reputation and employee work ethic when I join, if they consider me for hire. And hopefully I will be delivering to your doors instead of the last guy. Just contact the company email or leave a respectful note for drivers who may need to be informed of preference from you, the client. Communication is key to resolving anything, so give good/polite feedback to them, and allow the company to better shape its output as a whole, rather than isolating its entirety to the bad ones making the rest look bad. "This is the first review I’ve ever written in my life. But this company is so bad that I needed to. I am not sure how they are even still in business. Delayed my package 5 times. No one could answer questions or give me an update. I have come to the conclusion they just lost my package. Seems like this is a common thing with this company that’s why I’m not sure why anyone even uses them. If you have a package that’s getting delivered by then I suggest you just request a lost item and refund immediately because you’ll never get the package."
