"Lived there for 1 year. First tenant in new apartment. Poor quality of kitchen cabinets (you will be charged for “not appropriately” cleaning them when you leave). As I matter of fact you will be charged for everything that they deemed. Poor isolation, was able to hear my next door neighbor snoring. During winter was very noisy to sleep across parking lot with snow plowers working at night. As I was on third floor it was particularly noisy during heavy rain as there was very poor isolation on the roof. High ceiling was nice but then difficult to heat whole place adequately. Apartments look flashy but not worth it and definitely overpriced. Would not recommend."
"The granite counters are beautiful as are the units. The cabinets aren't the highest quality, and at times you can hear people in the halways. The clubhouse is beautiful and everyone on staff is friendly and helpful."
"New-build apartments that have spacious and modern layouts, with the kitchen and living room sharing open space. Energy efficiency and new appliances give the apartment a lot of comfort and usability, and the master bath is larger than other apartments. Plenty of storage space and a great community for pet owners as there are a number of dog runs and many owners can take their dogs out to mingle. Elevated ceilings add a feeling of extra space and maintenance has helped me on every occasion I needed a replacement or repair. Garage parking is recommended and there are also large carts to use for bringing groceries in -- very handy. A great experience living here with many shops and downtown Greendale nearby."
