"My experience at Crystal Choir has been disheartening, to say the least. As a student passionate about music, I was initially drawn to the school's reputation and the opportunity to learn under a conductor I admired. However, my journey took an unexpected turn, and I find myself compelled to share my perspective. Firstly, communication issues have been a recurring theme. Despite several attempts to clarify my attendance records, discrepancies remained, leading to unnecessary confusion and frustration. This lack of clarity reflected poorly on the school's organizational efficiency. Furthermore, the inflexible policies regarding attendance and tardiness were disappointing. Despite genuine reasons for my occasional lateness, the school's unwillingness to consider individual circumstances contradicted the supportive environment I had hoped for in a music institution. The financial investment required for classes, coupled with the apparent lack of acknowledgment for my efforts, has left me questioning the value of my commitment. The disappointment extends beyond myself; it has affected my mother, who has consistently supported my pursuit of a musical hobby. What disappoints me most is the apparent disregard for the genuine passion and dedication of students. The disconnect between the school's policies and the understanding needed for a nurturing musical environment has been evident, and unfortunately, it has led to my decision to discontinue my participation. In conclusion, my time at Crystal Choir has been marked by frustration, miscommunication, and a lack of understanding. For anyone seeking a supportive and flexible musical education, I would advise careful consideration before committing to this institution."

"Crystal Children's Choir is an amazing organization. Having attended rehearsals for 12 years, I would definitely recommend Crystal Children's Choir to everyone who wants to join or just watch our concerts. All the staff are extremely helpful and they are all very well qualified to teach. The trips are all amazingly planned out, every minute detail from hotels to restaurants to eat is meticulously chosen to maximize our enjoyment. My journey with Crystal has brought me to multiple states and countries and has helped me form everlasting bonds with my choir mates. Crystal Choir is truly one of the best choirs I have sang in and listened to. Definitely sign your child up if you want them to have a wonderful time!"

"I have been in choir at CCC for 10-11 years and I can honestly say it has been the best experience of my life. All the staff, helpers, and conductors are super welcoming and are always willing to help you grow! I'm always looking back and feeling amazed at my journey with Crystal as well as how much time and effort has been well spent. I don't regret signing up for Crystal Choir as a Level 2 chorist and now that I am a senior at Crystal Choir, I can truly say it has been a pleasure meeting new friends, learning different pieces of music, and creating bonds with teachers that will last me a lifetime. I am so sad to have to leave choir next year, but I can't wait for many more memories as a future TA and helper at Crystal!
