"I got a notice on my phone that an attempt to deliver my package was made today. For starters, I have cameras, and I was actually standing outside when the UPS truck drove by.. So stupid!! Now my package will be delivered 4 days later than original delivery date. But this is the 3rd reschedule of delivery. UPS sucks in our area!!! The only reason I’m complaining is because this is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time this has happened. This “delay” happens in my area all the time."
"Truly disappointed in UPS and their customer care operations. I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered 2/19/24 (President's Day) I verified that their operations would be running normally. I open my tracking information to find my item was no longer out for delivery and delivery has been rescheduled without a new presumed date. In an attempt to gather new information I called the UPS customer care line (what a nightmare, should not be this difficult to reach a live person), however, I finally reached someone whom had informed me that it was rescheduled due to the holiday. This didn't make sense to me so I opted for the pick up option. When that did not happen I then opted to drive on over to the location and pick it up myself, I was 4 minutes away from their facility. Upon arriving employees were mostly cold, I assume very used to being yelled at for similar ridiculous situations. In short due to placing my package in what is known as a "holiday trailer" they would not even attempt to grab or deliver it, and made this decision without verifying if the organization was open on the holiday. Honestly yes I am saddened not to have gotten my package and that does play a part in my negative review but it does not change the very low quality of customer care options that UPS can offer. I'm truly disappointed that we as a society have allowed organizations like this to have so much control over our purchases and products and do not hold them accountable to do better."
"This is less for this facility and more for UPS in general. If a package is in the facility and not on a truck, how do you not know where it is? Using the excuse, “it’s a big facility, and I don’t know where it is” is obviously not accurate. If they didn’t know where it was, it would never be delivered. UPS needs to get their tracking in order. Side note related to this facility and UPS in general, this is the second time this year that UPS has not delivered an overnight package in less than three days. Don’t rely on them if you have critical packages that need to be delivered."
"My package was marked as delivered and was never delivered. The time it says it was delivered, I was home in my kitchen where I can see who's coming and going. My doorbell never rang and no one ever came to my door, but yet UPS has gotten away with my package and I feel there's not much I can do cause they marked it as delivered. And there really is no one I can contact. This is really sad and depressing with it being the holiday's."
"This is the place to go to when your package doesn’t arrive due to whatever the reason is. After 45 minutes on the phone with UPS, I found out that I could come here to pickup a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home earlier in the day. When you get here, park on the street and walk through the security checkpoint and then down to the customer service lobby. Only employees walk through the metal detector. Customers walk through the left side without the metal detector. Amanda was very helpful in locating my package. The delivery driver hasn’t returned yet so I left my phone number and went back to wait in my vehicle. She called me a moment later and I went back inside to get my package. They are also opened weekdays from 9pm to 10pm. No seats nor restrooms available inside the lobby so this could be added in the future."
