"My girlfriend lives here. I’ve lived in apartments in the city that were nicer. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. They do less and less every year and keep raising the rent. It snowed last night and they couldn’t even bother to shovel the sidewalk."

"The direct management is responsive, but the company is not good. Their website is not set up to actually make any real maintenance requests. Been living here for 10 months, and its slowly gotten worse. Small things always breaking which isnt bad but its built up. Like doors not closing and the paint peeling off the ceiling. The kitchen sink broke, and it took over a month for them to even have someone come out to look at it. There is no dishwasher here btw so the dishes situation was disgusting. The cabinets below the sink were destroyed and have smelled awful ever since. A member of management was at the building site and opened my door without giving notice he was coming. There are neighbors here that are very weird. Not dangerous but loud sometimes and uncomfortable. I would suggest not living here."

"One of my family members moved to Pine Shadow Apartments a few months ago. In my opinion, if you're single or couple looking for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that's relatively clean, quiet, and inexpensive (even if you choose underground parking and/or a cat) and you like to walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and parks in Cedarburg, this is the place for you! You're steps away from Washington Ave in historic downtown Cedarburg. It's a small apartment complex of 3 buildings (built sometime in the 1980s) and beautifully landscaped (during the months in WI when we can actually see flowers and green plants.) The unit I've seen is in the building with the underground parking. It has good neutral carpeting in the bedroom and living-dining are and what looks like newer vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is small and the cabinets and counters do not look updated. It includes a sink, small oven range, and a brand new refrigerator. I would recommend getting a microwave kitchen cart as counter space is limited. Bathroom is a typical vanity sink, toilet, and shower over tub. Bedroom is a good size with two closets ad plenty of room for a queen size bed and other furniture. There are also two other good sized closets within the unit and also a storage unit right next to the unit. The windows and sliding glass door bring in lots of light and the windows include cordless blinds. If you're on the second floor, you'll have a deck (first floor units have patios.) It has a wall A/C unit in the living area and base board electric heat throughout which is controlled separately in the bedroom and living area. Spectrum internet was easy to self-install and is fast. If you take I-43 to commute to work, it's only a few minutes to get to the on-ramp. Concordia University is also an easy commute from here so these apartments may be a good option for college students looking to live off campus."
