"Hello, if you are like me who doesn't pay much attention to the fine print of contracts, run! This place is not for you. I will share my experience which is leading me to pay an additional $9,500 USD because of my car was towed, I took the decision to leave after I saw the entire contract in detail again, there are rules as stupid as “Vehicles must be moved no later than 24 hours after a snowfall” to where? I don't have another parking spot and I can't use any other space than the assigned. Another somewhat extreme rule is that “you should not have the garage door open, only while the vehicle is entering or exiting” to name a few but there are many more. I recently acquired a vehicle and I had another, since I only had one assigned parking spot, I parked in a visitor's space while I drove the previous vehicle to another state, I did not want to leave the new vehicle in my space so as not to cause any misunderstanding. because I know that the plates are associated with the assigned parking spots. When I returned, my vehicle was no longer there, it had been towed, I checked with the office and they told me where I could pick it up, I went to pick it up (of course I needed to pay) and at the towing company, they told me that they believed it was a mistake because they checked the address on the plates and it corresponded to Seasons, they called again to double check if it really should be towed, to which they answered yes without asking any further questions. When I started driving my vehicle back, I realized that it was making strange noises, in a short story the transmission was damaged, the root cause is that it was pulled in reverse without lifting it (drag), which according to various Land Rover forums causes permanent damage and that's what the mechanic said. I sent several emails explaining my situation to the Seasons administration without getting a single response, I called and they told me to report it to my insurance, since I had just purchased the vehicle it still did not have any insurance support, I was looking for an explanation and the mere fact Offering an apology would have ended well, but the arrogant and curt manner of attention was not what I expected. My complaint is with the administration, the girls who work in the office are amazing and super friendly, but unfortunately, they are not the ones who make the administrative decisions. Now I have to continue paying for an apartment including services for a few more months since the contract says that you have to continue paying even though I have already left, I hope it will serve as an experience for me and will be of use to someone else."

"Janessa and Madeline are great at their job. They are friendly and communicate with residents in a timely manner. Jerry from the maintenance team is fantastic. He is quick and efficient with getting issues resolved. We have really enjoyed the resident events and the pool. I am disappointed with the side by side refrigerator. There is not much room in the freezer, especially considering the ice maker takes up a lot of space. I would love ceiling fans in the bedrooms and main room. I would even be happy with some lights in the bedrooms. Overall, we are happy to be here and look forward to all the Seasons has to offer."

"We have been living here at Seasons since November and have enjoyed our stay so far. Our 3 bedroom apartment is extremely spacious with ample storage and cabinet space. No need for a separate storage unit! Any issues we’ve had have been addressed in a timely manner. The staff at Seasons is friendly and professional. They are always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Our dog’s quality of life has improved greatly since the opening of the dog park! We have enjoyed the pool this summer and the well equipped gym. We have also enjoyed getting to know fellow tenants at the fun monthly socials that are run by the staff. We are grateful to have found a place here that feels like home!"

"We love the Seasons! The grounds are always kept nice and clean. Always feels like a safe place to be and is a perfect area to be able to take walks outside! The apartments are clean and beautiful looking! And the staff and all friendly and nice! They always respond back very quickly! I recommend living here!!!"

"I have been a resident here for about 6 months now, and have 12 months left of our lease and my boyfriend and I are already trying to renew it! We really do love being here. The apartment itself is beautiful, the amenities are great! I use the gym and pool often. The overall location is perfect too. I definitely recommend!"
